Tips!

  • Drink at least one gallon of water every day!!! Your body is ridding the toxins and the body needs to stay hydrated or you will get a headache.

  • You must eat!! This is very important. High fiber and low calorie foods suggested but no diet is required.

  • Always take on an empty stomach. Give the pill time to see what kind of body it's working with.

  • Take supplements. Products like this and similar detoxes your body looses essential vitamins so replace the bad with the good. This helps balance your body. Multivitamin is recommended.

  • If you decide you want to combine capsules and not sure if it's safe contact us!

  • Don't get discouraged if you don't have a bowel movement every day. It happens. Ask yourself, did you eat that day? Did you drink a lot of water that day? Water is the key!!!

  • Be consistent with your regimen. Skipping days is not recommended! Once your body is in the process it needs the powerful ingredients to get it started and without it, your body will be confused. Only once you have achieved your goal will be okay to take a capsule to get its effects when needed.

  • Eating foods low in calories and high in fiber help aid in digestion and weight loss. Even though these 100% products don't come with a special diet, it's also healthy to treat your body right. You only have one! Our products also aid in lowering blood pressure and cholesterol!!!!

  • Two liters of ice water a day minimum. Water has to be iced as the body will burn 100 calories just heating the water to normal body temperature. Also hunger pains are very often thirst pains, so this will help you stop over eating.

  • Add lemon to flavor if you wish and gain the added benefit of cleansing your liver at the same time. Water also helps your body metabolize stored fat by helping the kidneys flush waste quicker. When you don't drink enough water the liver needs to help the kidneys perform this function. When the liver has to help the kidneys its normal function of providing stored fat for energy is slowed down. It is very important to drink water while on these products or you will get a headache.

  • Don't starve yourself. Starvation dieting only slows down metabolism.

  • If you do not have a Gallbladder then you should take digestive enzymes so your body can break down the fats that you take in.

  • If first time starting out, start with one capsule for a few days prior to adding the second (only if it's a supplement that suggest 2 capsules per day)

 Please Note: The average client hits a plateau after about 3-4 months.  This is when the body has gotten use to the product and refuses to drop any more pounds.  But, if you do start out with one product, like #1 Weight Loss Supplement or the Gold Supplements and continue on that product for 3, 4, or even 5 months, then you are more likely to reach a plateau.  Therefore, we recommend that you alternate capsules to avoid this.  Take a look at the combo ideas or contacts for suggestions and even alternate between each of them until you reach your ideal weight.
